These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern the use of the Next New Art website. By accessing and using our site, you fully and unconditionally accept these GTU.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Next New Art offers a service that allows users to customize paintings by adding described objects or characters inspired by photos uploaded by the user. It should be noted that the modifications made may alter the final appearance of the painting, and Next New Art does not guarantee that the final painting will be identical after the customizations.
3. USE OF THE SERVICE

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These GTU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the location of the head office of Next New Art, namely the Marseille court (13).
